Our client, one of the UK's largest providers of education within the sports sector are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate HR & Training Administrator to join their team.

Our client is now entering into the next exciting phase of their journey and are looking for an outstanding HR & Training Administrator to join their team and help our client achieve their vision.

As an HR & Recruitment Administrator your main purpose will be to provide support and assistance to the HR Team. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the new starters and leavers process, organising training and courses for employees, and keeping records and the HR system up to date.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or a candidate with previous Administration experience looking to progress into HR. The HR & Training Administrator will develop all round experience and knowledge within Training and HR, including reward, benefits, and employee relation issues. You will be the first point of contact for all training related queries and support the HR team to monitor and reply to queries in the HR inbox.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAY TO DAY DUTIES

• New starter set up including DBS administration, setting up new starters on HR System and submitting new starter information to payroll
• Inform the line manager of the probation review date and produce relevant correspondence
• Process all leavers, producing contract termination correspondence, coordinating exit interviews and notifying other departments of all leavers
• Typing and issuing of contracts and offer letters and Probation outcome letters
• Manage the HR e-mail inbox, respond when appropriate or pass/seek support from the appropriate member of the HR team
• Administration of employee benefits including pension schemes
• Take minutes of hearings and meetings and type up
• Organise internal and external training courses maintaining detailed and accurate Training files on current and ex-employees
• Compile appraisal schedule and keep updated regularly and maintain appraisal and development records
• Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis for the Company and transfer development plans into Training Needs plan
• Providing administrative support for all training events
• Produce regular internal communication from the department that informs and inspires all employees
