The Role:

Customer incident and service request response at all levels (2nd line)
Monitoring, troubleshooting and remediation
Service provisioning
Change and problem management
Budget and vendor relationship management
Data protection and disaster recovery
Telephony administration
Mobile device administration

CANDIDATE: - Qualifications/Requirements:

2nd Line IT Technical Support Level Experience and Knowledge
Superior Desktop and Server OS and Application knowledge
Microsoft Applications Expert
Cisco Switched and Wireless Networking and Firewall Experience
Virtualisation (Compute / Network / Storage)
iSCSI NAS and SAN administration
VPN and WAN management skills
Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop
Budget Management Experience
Vendor and Partner Relationship Management
ITIL trained and Qualified
