A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator with our client based near Nelson. With a professional and proactive approach you will be working alongside Project Managers, Suppliers, Customers and Production to ensure work is completed and quality is maintained.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

• Ensure that communication and customer service levels are kept to a high standard with the customer at all times
• Constantly liaising with the Project Manager keeping them informed on the project status
• Highlight any potential issues at the earliest opportunity to ensure production and deadlines are met
• Producing purchase orders and all other documentation required for parts and products via the internal system
• Assist the Project Manager with Supplier quotations to achieve the best available price
• Create project manuals for the Production Supervisor with images and reference numbers
• Take part in daily production meetings giving you the ability to track the progress of all projects
• Attending site visits when required with the Project Manager

The ideal Project Coordinator:

• Strong communication skills both internally and externally
• Computer literature
• Previous experience within a similar role is desired
• Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
• Flexible approach to work in order to complete tasks within the given timescales

This is permanent position and the working hours are 8.30 till 5pm and 8.30am till 4pm on Friday.
Located just off the M65 motorway
