This is the Vision Statement for this progressive Primary School, which at the moment has two types of vacancies that need filling. If you are willing to commit to full time then you will be a welcome addition to their teaching assistant team.

The first type of vacancy that needs filling is an SEN Teaching Assistant role where you will be 1:1 with a child with Special Educational needs, mainly autism, supporting them in the classroom and within small groups. There are a handful of these SEN Teaching Assistant positions throughout the school in different year groups. If you are interested in FREE CPD, we offer FREE online training for SEN related teaching assistant positions such as; Autism Awareness, Aspergus Awareness and many, many more.

The second type of vacancy is being a classroom based Teaching Assistant for one of our KS2 Classes. This position focuses more on supporting the Teacher in the classroom along with taking on small groups of pupils. Once again, we have a small number of these roles that need capable Teaching Assistants.

Each Teaching Assistant role will come with these duties:

- Classroom management (Keeping the classroom/working area organised)
- Behaviour management in line with our school’s behaviour system
- Supervising and safeguarding children
- Preparing lessons beforehand
- Leading 1:1 or group interventions
- Supporting the Teacher

The school are a team-oriented school that focuses on promoting growth, this core value is also extended to our staff as we aim to provide the best learning environment we possibly can for the children who are under our wing. This means that our Teaching Assistants will be offered relevant training to help them in providing the best education they can for our pupils.

The school is easy to travel to with it being a 5 minute walk from West Acton tube station (Central line) and a 10 minute walk from North Ealing tube station (Piccadilly line). This, along with the 440 bus that stops outside.

Graduates are welcome along with experienced individuals.
Pay is £70 per day.
Every role is full-time so we require Teaching Assistants who can commit.
8:30 - 16:00.
