You will enjoy a fast paced support centre environment supporting over 2400 sites across the world.

You will provide inbound phone support for clients with excellent customer service focus and ability to resolve technical issues, provide implementation assistance, workarounds and solutions via telephone, remote support and email.

This is a great opportunity to work with a talented support team who deal with multiple software used by thousands of companies and their clients across the globe.

The talented Support Team deals with varied support requests for multiple pieces of software used by thousands of companies and their clients across the globe and striving to be the best support centre in the world.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering calls, registering support requests on an internal system
• Performing software upgrades to client systems
• Trouble shooting and resolving support at point of logging where possible
• Reproducing and replicating customer problems

• Experience with MS Office, MS SQL
• Excellent telephone manor, Interpersonal and communication skills
• Helpdesk or service desk background
• Team player
• Ability to cope calmly in a high volume environment
