Job Title: Data and Information Co-ordinator

Location: London, SE1

PAYE Rate: £14.29 - £15.38

LTD Rate: £18.02 - £19.39

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a nationally leading housing association based in their SE1 head office.

The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, be very approachable, willing to support other team members as well as being an expert in Excel and being competent in pulling together reports and interpreting data.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure staff within our Care & Support business remain compliant through maintaining up to date records of their mandatory training
Interpreting and producing meaningful reports from data collected
Review current processes and make recommendations for improvement
Work closely and collaboratively with the L&D Admin team
Liaise and support the Care & Support trainers with admin and planning training events on their behalf

Key Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills and good working knowledge of other Microsoft packages.
Able to interpret data and create meaningful reports which can be shared with Head of L&OD and the Senior Leadership Team of Care & Support
Aptitude for working with different IT systems
Team player and able to work under own initiative
Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as an excellent telephone manner
