I have a client based in Colchester who is looking for 1st Line Support Engineer who has experience with 1st line Support, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange and Desktop on a Permanent basis.

Our Client is offering the successful 1st Line Support Engineer a salary up to £21,000 based on experience.

Skills and Experience Required

* Excellent communication and people skills
* Troubleshooting
* 1st Line Support
* Helpdesk / Service Desk experience
* Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.
* Networking, TCP, IP
* PC Hardware set up and configuration.
* Good Understanding of MS Office Inc Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
