Our consultancy client is currently looking to expand their support team with the addition of an experienced 2nd line CRM support consultant. Working within the team you will be supporting their clients and provide a high standard of support to those customers while supporting a variety of products, services and platforms. Primarily they support Microsoft Dynamics 365 but experience of supporting other CRM packages will be taken into consideration as full training will be given. You will have experience of working within strict support SLA's and documented processes and procedures and have worked at 2nd line level previously.

Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365, JavaScript and C# with additional experience with Salesforce, Azure and Windows server platforms a distinct advantage.
