Job Title: Service Engineer - Automatic Door and Industrial Door Industry
Salary: £11 to £13 Per hour Dependant on qualifications and experience
Location: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Reading, London.
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Due to our recent success and expansion plans we are now currently recruiting for experienced Field Service Engineers to join a highly motivated and experienced team to cover industrial and automatic Door work throughout the following locations: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Reading, London.

The Automatic Door and Industrial Door Field Service Engineer Role:

• Servicing Automatic and Industrial Doors
• Carrying out a dynamic risk assessment for every site visit to minimise all potential risks to self and others
• Diagnosing and quantifying repairs or upgrades and pricing accordingly with commission
• Participate in the out of hours call out and standby rota
• To adhere to company quality standards at all times
• Meeting customer expectations on service delivery and professional standards

Automatic Door and Industrial Door Field Service Engineer Experience and Skills required:

• 3 years’ experience in the Industrial and Automatic Door industry (preferable)
• Good organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Relevant CSCS card (advantageous)

It would be advantageous to hold suitable qualifications:

• NVQ level 2,
• CSCS Card,
• BS7036
• 17th edition
• Familiarity of electrical control equipment e.g. access controls, safety devices, single and three phase motor units.
