Theory Recruitment is seeking a motivated & experienced ESOL Lecturer to start ASAP for a Further Education College based in the West Midlands for a part time position (11 hours per week)

You will ideally have a proven track and experience of delivery as a ESOL Lecturer as well as sound planning, administration and organisational skills. You will be passionate and experienced at delivering high quality teaching in your specialist subject.

You must have a teaching qualification and/or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (Level 5 – new standards) Previous experience of curriculum delivery and a track record of successful learner outcomes is a must

Applicants must demonstrate in their application their ability to meet the key responsibilities, key result areas and Qualifications/Skills and Experience detailed within the role profile.

To be successful you must have the following:

• Experience of delivering the same subject area within Further Education and have the relevant Teaching Qualification
• Hold a degree or relevant qualification in the subject area
• A current DBS (Enhanced) within the last 12 months, or on the Update Service
• Be available immediately
• Be highly motivated tutor
• Respect the college’s aims and values
