A great opportunity has arisen for our client based in High Wycombe.

They are seeking a Support engineer to support their clients with their AV equipment and any technical issues.

The role would suit a candidate with previous IT experience or an interest in IT as the client will provide full training.

The successful candidate must be able to operate shift patterns The shifts they work 8-4:30pm, 4pm-12:30am, 12am- 8:30am as you will be supporting clients worldwide. The shifts will rotate 3 days on and 2 days off

The Role

* To provide support and engineering services to include troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of video conferencing, audio visual, projection, pro audio, video, control, and IP networks
* Responsible for the safe and correct diagnosis of faults, removal, repair, test, implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies.
* Consulting with clients on technical aspects of VC systems and infrastructure prior to system changes and configuration.
* Logging of Service Tickets, liaising with service engineer dispatch team and colleagues on other shifts and other time zones to provide 24/7 service cover to our clients.
* The position will be based at the VNOC in Buckinghamshire, where the role will include help-desk based video and telephone support to be provided to inbound client and colleague enquiries.

* A good communicator is essential
* Strong technical ability and ability to learn
* A great telephone manner
* Flexible and adaptable to shifts and work load
