I am recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd Line Level) based in Northampton, for a 6-month contract.

Role: Contract Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd Line Level)

Location: Northampton

Duration: 6 Months+

Rate: £90 - £110 per day

This is for 6-month contract with a possibility to extend! My client is a large Law Firm who are looking for phone interviews as early as Friday!

Skills & Responsibility:

- Provide a 1st/2nd Line support -answering support queries via phone and remotely.

- Log all calls on the call logging system.

- Understanding of Microsoft based desktop operating system - Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7

- Proven experience using and troubleshooting Office suites within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Support Engineer who can offer an efficient, professional service. Will be hard working and can work both within a team and independently.
