About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role
In this SEN Teaching Assistant post you will be working in different classes depending on the needs of the school, all within EYFS and you will be supporting pupils academically. Day-to-day, you will be keeping the pupils motivated. To ensure that all pupils are performing at their best, you will be providing the teacher with regular feedback on your thoughts and observations. Start your career as part of a team who have the benefit of exceptional leadership provided by a Headteacher who is often described as inspirational. Part of your role will include making the most of the various CPD and teacher training activities and courses that the school is keen to offer all the teachers and support staff
