KS2 Intervention Assistant needed for a Primary School in Rochdale?

Are you an experienced teaching assistant with experience of boosting progress?

Monarch Education are currently working with a welcoming school in Rochdale who are looking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 2 (KS2) Intervention Assistant to deliver interventions/small group tuition. The role will involve planning with class teachers to ensure pupils are accessing the full curriculum and providing additional support to accelerate their learning. The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator and have previous experience with a good track record where they can evidence bridging attainment gaps and boosting pupil's confidence and attainment. The successful teaching assistant will be organised and good at keeping files/paperwork.

You will work with pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis outside of the classroom. The successful teaching assistant will work with pupils across Key Stage 2 and have previous experience of doing so.

The School is a large Primary School located in Rochdale. Recently graded as 'Good' by OFSTED, they are able to provide; well-behaved, friendly pupils and a welcoming and highly skilled staff team.
