We are recruiting for several Customer Service Technician's to join one of our long-established clients based in their Bracknell office. The successful candidate's will have excellent customer service skills, and a keen interest in technology within a challenging but satisfying environment. This role will involve dealing with impressive client base ensuring that a confident and professional level of customer service is being delivered at all times.

Role and Responsibilities:

Obtaining accurate user and fault information and logging it on the call management system.
Providing first line technical support & troubleshooting.
Achieving 60% first time fix rate or routing of call to final resolution.
To meet personal productivity and quality targets as agreed with the Team Manager and in line with contractual SLA's.
To provide levels of customer service in line with contractual SLAs and internal call quality targets.

Person Specification:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Proven experience in a customer facing role.
Ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus.
A good understanding of Service Desk challenges.
A logical approach to problem solving.
A technical background or knowledge would be an advantage.
Key to the role is drive, energy and enthusiasm
