Service Desk Analyst, Central London
An opportunity has arisen for a customer service focused service desk analyst to work with a dynamic forward thinking digital transformation consultancy in London.

Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for customers, providing support via phone calls, emails, voicemails, walk ups for any IT issues
Processing and coordinating appropriate and timely responses to incident alerts
Troubleshoot basic network issues
Maintain relevant records in the service management tools
Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved
Commute progress and resolution of issues

Experience
Working in an ITIL Service Desk environment
Incident Management experience
Providing end user device support
Excellent communication skills
