Support Jobs in Poole?

Alfen currently have a number of Jobs available for 1st Line support Analysts to join a Service Desk team based in Poole. The 1st Line support Analyst will be responsible for handling telephone calls and emails from customers as well as automatically generated alerts. You will raise tickets and provide immediate fixes where possible or escalate to 2nd and 3rd line analysts when required.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will have most of the following:

Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 basic troubleshooting and understanding
Basic Active Directory user account creation
Basic Exchange server user mailbox creation
Basic understanding of Networks

The following skills would be desirable:

· Basic Office 365 administration

Full training for the right candidate to use our systems and meet the technical requirements.

Additionally, the right applicant will:

· Be Customer Focussed

· Have good oral and written communication skills

· An ability to prioritise workloads and cope well under pressure

· Have excellent attention to detail

· Be a team player

· Be willing to work a shift pattern
