HMP Bullingdon?s Resettlement team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resettlement Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a caseload of offenders tracking agreed milestones and planning interventions around employment, health, accommodation or education and support resettlement.
The successful candidate will have a strong administration background with experience using databases and Microsoft platforms, you will also have excellent customer service skills.
The Resettlement team provides, coordinates and allocates through the gate (TTG) sentence plans for prisoners who are entering or preparing for release into the community. We complete the online records associated with their sentence planning and manage a caseload of prisoners, tracking agreed milestones and planning interventions around employment, health, accommodation or education and support resettlement.

Location: HMP Bullingdon
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: ?18,000 - ?21,000 per annum

This role is based at HMP Bullingdon, a complex prison that has a number of functions.? It is categorized as a local category B prison which a category C resettlement function, as was well as serving the courts of Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.? HMP Bullingdon has the capacity to hold 1114 offenders all serving a range of sentences from remand to life, with the average length of stay between 3 and 6 months.
As a successful candidate your duties would be to:

Allocate reviews to the Case Management team, Prison Resettlement, stakeholders and staff to complete resettlement plans (Basic Custody Screen Tool BCST) to inform sentence plans and access pre-release services to meet targets.
Effectively contribute to meeting monthly targets for Basic Custody Screening Tool part 2 assessments and outcomes within the 5 day designated timescale.
Review discharge lists at 12 weeks pre-release and accurately update online central records/databases.
Demonstrate fast accurate keyboard skills and office organisation skills particularly MS office and Excel
Provide quality checking and support for case manager
Organise and maintain accurate BCST records of students? activities and progression outcomes for monthly report deadlines.
Have experience and a positive approach to securing training and identifying employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups or offenders
Have experience of successfully achieving and recording project targets.
Demonstrate the ability to manage accurate data & caseloads, delivering against deadlines
Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with databases.
Possess professional written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail.
Have previous experience of working with disadvantaged people, offenders, IAG services or Criminal Justice System.
Demonstrate evidence of continuous personal/professional development.
Show good communication and motivational skills across a broad range of resource types, skills and backgrounds.
Show a proactive resolution of risks and confidentiality; demonstrate flexibility and a ?can do? attitude.
Demonstrate commitment to a high professional and personal standard of work and conduct
