A professional services company based in Central London is currently looking for a Support Technician on a permanent basis. This is a permanent position ideally for someone with at least a year's hands on Experience in a similar position.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1-2 years' experience in a 1st line support position. The successful candidate be working within a very sociable organisation with a great atmosphere an exciting environment to be working in!

The organisation is looking for a friendly, sociable individual to add value and work well within the close-knit team.

Excellent training and the opportunity to get a lot of technical exposure will be part of the excellent package for the position.

Essential Criteria/ Duties:

* 1 years + experience in a technical support position
* Solid experience working in a 1st line support position.
* Strong experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
* Knowledge of supporting Office 2013 and above
* Experience with an ITSM ticket management system
* Active Directory and Exchange 2010
* Experience with Anti-Virus
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is desirable

Salary -£23-26k

Start Date- ASAP
