1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

Hemel Hempstead

£21K - £23K

A customer focused role where your main responsibility will be the first port of call to all issues regarding the service desk and troubleshooting technical issues.


You will be resolving technical issues raised by the end users in a timely fashion - adhering to the customer SLA’s
Act as a single point of contact for all communications with the service desk
Receiving, logging and managing support requests via the phone, email or otherwise
Logging and maintaining all support requests
2nd line trouble shooting
Working closely with the onsite engineers

Excellent previous experience in a similar capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot windows desktops (7,8,8.1,10)
Excel proficient
Must be self-motivated and proactive
Be prepared to be CRB checked
