What's the role?

As Hilti is growing, we are looking for a high calibre Engineer to work with our BIM Installation team in our Head Office in Manchester. This role will support our Market organisations within Northern Europe (GB, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland).

What does the role involve?

The primary objective of the role is to lead the cost-effective delivery of BIM / Installation Services within our engineering hub from tender through to completion.

To support the professional delivery of these Engineering Services the role will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance with the necessary legal and technical process(es). A further element of the role is to lead the development, delivery and maintenance of training materials for our Northern Europe Engineering team members.

What you need is:

BSc in Structural/Mechanical Engineering (Msc / CEng preferred)
Familiarity and competency in the use of standard structural analysis software packages
Project experience working with Engineering Consultancy / Contractor in relevant industry sector
Familiarity and competency in working with AutoDesk suite of software (Revit, Navisworks & CAD)
Good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team
