A great opportunity of a Marketing and Admin role has arisen for a company based in Farnham manufacturing in the medical sector.

The role of Marketing and Admin Executive includes developing the organisations corporate business strategy, seeking opportunities to grow our business, expand services beyond current client groups, innovate, extend and enhance the company revenue. This will involve working on a range of tasks that would vary from website updates, social media, email marketing, signage, print management, data entry, research and reporting. This is a sole role.

Performance Objectives - Marketing and Admin Executive:
-To build on our customer/marketing database through existing clients and new campaigns and develop other opportunities across our range of products and services.
-To build relationships and networks within the industry.
-Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
-Producing monthly tracking reports using Google Analytics, email and social media analysis tools.
-Demonstrate the company’s products and give advice to clients on the way to use the products.
-To increase and keep the company’s social media presence up to date through a variety of outlets.

-Web traffic sources
-Net promoter score
-Social interactions

-Marketing degree or other qualification

-Have good supervisory, management and networking capabilities
-Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations and policies.

Software Knowledge and Level of Proficiency:
-All Microsoft Office software programs
-Sage ACT!
-Sage50 Accounts
Social Media and website applications

Roles and Responsibilities:
-E-marketing design, upload and campaign
-Advertise products and services of the company to current and prospective customers.
-Developing and maintaining social media applications
-Data entry following campaigns
Reporting visitor numbers and digital platforms
-Print management for promotional materials, including photography and design work.
-Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels.
-Make preparations or presentations and proposals
-Keep account activities such as forecasts up to date on a weekly basis
-Attend weekly sales meetings
-Secure competitive information
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
-Building relationships and networks
-Developing, maintaining and updating websites
-Work closely with project managers and sales team to ensure that each client receives a high level of customer service.
-Track and record activity on accounts
-Establish and maintain effective communication
-Maintain leads, calls and contacts through CRM software (sage ACT!)
-Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade shows, field sales, business directories, web sites and other sources.
-Telemarketing from database in search for new clients

Working hours: 8am-17.00 Monday to Friday. Full time. 1/2 hour lunch.
Salary: depending on experience up to 30k
