Your new company
You will be joining a market leader in the hospitality space based in the heart of Godalming with excellent access by car and public transport as they undergo a period of sustained growth their in-house development function. Innovation and new technologies are at the forefront of their agenda this year as they aim to stay ahead of rivals in a highly competitive field.
They are now in a position to recruit a number of mid-level .Net Developers and one Lead Developer who will be involved in architecture/ software design principles and mentoring, rather than managing people.
Your new role
The company have experienced amazing success and have a portfolio of internal sites which require enhancements, maintenance and rebuilding at different intervals. The products are highly relatable and the sites and applications you'll have access to will be wide-ranging, ensuring variety.
The company have are agile, open plan and champion a bottom up approach with developers encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. How can you progress your career? There are substantial growth plans both in and outside of IT so it's an exciting time to join. They expect everyone to contribute to the technical vision moving forward and will invest and support developers to enable this.
The offices are located centrally with excellent transport links.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of one of the modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.js would be an advantage, as would work with a .Net CMS (Epi Server / Umbraco / Sitecore).
At Lead Developer level you will have worked on #architectural designs and will have managed multiple development projects concurrently, ensuring modern coding principles are adhered to (TDD / SOLID / CI).
