Who you'll be working for:
What you'll be doing each day:
·To be responsible for carrying out all administrative tasks in relation to loan facilities promptly and accurately throughout the relevant term of the loan.
·To handle the inputs for credit facilities on the computerised loan system in strict adherence to approved credit proposals and the maintenance and update of such data.
·To prepare and check all drawdown letters, interest confirmations and miscellaneous letters issued to customers; redemption figures / redemption letters to customers or solicitors; all audit letters issued to customers or accountants; statement of loan interest paid issued to customers or accountants; the Pre-Drawdown Checklist and complete the Credit Checking and Fee Payment Checking sections.
·To prepare data preparation sheets for T24 banking system input. Carry out all system input of Loan Administration Section.
·To carry out all the required manual transactions required on a day to day basis.
·To monitor the progress of facilities which are due for maturity.
·To prepare overall filing requirement and arrange off-site storage when required.
·To inform Treasury and Settlements Section to reserve funds.
·To obtain LIBOR / HIBOR rates from Treasury Department where necessary and inform Financial Control Department of any rate changes.
·To prepare loan statistics reports required by Credit Committee, Financial Control Department and Head Office.
·To carry out all CAR adjustments as required from Head Office.
·To closely liaise with IT Department regarding any changes that is made or required to the output/input methods on the banking system.
The skills you need to succeed:
·Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in banking or financial services organisation.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·Good technical ability and attention to detail.
·Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
·Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
·Mandarin speaking an advantage.
