Do you have the passion and commitment to work as part of a team dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for all our students?

This post represents a terrific development opportunity for anyone wishing to pursue a career in teaching!

We are seeking to appoint experienced, talented and inspiring professionals to support the work of qualified teachers, and ensure that individual and groups of students make good progress and fulfil their potential.

We are a values-led school that has a strong sense of purpose in delivering an inclusive education for students in our community. We promote a growth-mindset and believe that all our students can succeed given appropriate support, self-belief and challenge. At Stoke Park we are on a journey to becoming an outstanding school, and with just over 1000 students on roll, we are one of the most oversubscribed schools in the area and are proud to say we are a truly inclusive school with much diversity to be celebrated.

Our aim is to provide an excellent education for all the students at Stoke Park. As Associate Teachers the successful candidates will contribute by utilising their excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teachers and students to overcome barriers to learning.

Core duties will include working with the SEND team to devise and implement action plans for individual and groups of students, adapting materials and resources to make them accessible, monitoring and evaluating progress, promoting good attendance and behaviour in school and supervising students in the absence of teachers.

Candidates will have experience of successfully working in a mainstream secondary school with SEND students. You will possess both a relevant level 3 qualification and GCSE's grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Employees of the Trust have access to:
* Supported professional development
* The Teachers' Pension Scheme
* Childcare Vouchers
* Occupational Health Services
