Our client is a leading support business looking to recruit a IT Helpdesk to join their team.

This is a growing business that is looking for an ambitious consultant to join them. You will have strong customer services skills, confident telephone manner and a hunger to learn.

The ideal candidate will have previous Service Desk experience in :
Setting up new users
Password resets
Desktop troubleshooting
Software Installs
Printer Issues

Exposure to:
Use of CRM /Helpdesk systems
Troubleshooting / questioning skills
Communicating with clients
Time Management / organising workloads
