Governance & Performance Manager

The delivery of an effective 'Front of House’ service including reception with the support of our Reception Team is an integral outcome in line with Vibrance Values into Actions.
As our Governance and Performance Manager you’ll play a role in our ambitions to deliver continuous service improvements for the people we serve. These improvements will be met through working across multiple governance assignments, support delivery of team objectives, liaise with contractors and colleagues. Maintaining and reporting accurate and meaningful information, in line with Vibrance Implementation Plans, and finally support the tracking of actual against planned performance on a timely basis.
Your role will involve leading a team to ensure key objectives are delivered while also identify and imbedding new service improvements. You will manage key relationships such as Board of Trustees, service users, senior management team, services, head office contractors, , and members of the public.
You’ll be an experienced manager who can motivate staff and support a culture of 'can do’ attitude. From time to time, it may be necessary for the post-holder to work late or to attend the office out of normal hours, for example, to attend an evening meeting or to oversee maintenance work.
