A leading IT Infrastructure Consultancy seek an enthusiastic Project Administrator to work within their IT projects team based in Hatfield for a 10 month contract initially. Successful candidates will possess excellent organisation and administration skills ideally gained in a project environment, or other demanding administration roles. Must be a team player and strong administrator, but most importantly has the confidence and ability to produce minutes from conference calls on a daily basis. Ideal for an ambitious University Leaver who wants a career in Projects with the willingness to learn or someone looking for a career change with transferable experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring and reporting on costs: accessing information on SAP, monitoring and managing charges on behalf of the project manager and assisting with month-end reporting. Tracking costs against plan Scheduling resources for the project Producing and processing project documentation such as workshop reports, minutes and agendas. Keeping RAID logs up to date Populating PS Collaboration sites Arranging meetings and workshops

Highly motivated Strong background in administration Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Has the ability to work unsupervised Good analytical skills and attention to detail Good organising/planning skills Able to prioritise and organise own workload Has the ability to resolve routine problems with established solutions Good numerical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills Literate (able to write credible documents) and numerate (confident with calculating costs)
