Client Support Executive - Technology
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Executive with a technology/web-based background or even just an immense interest in technology and streaming, to join a global organisation based in West London.
The role of the Client Support Specialist is to provide fast and accurate customer service on platforms and live events.
A typical day will include confirming the schedule of all live events for the day, monitoring data and video streams for quality and timeliness, documenting all events, issues and customer interactions, providing fast, accurate support on platform and live event questions from clients and handing over all content and responsibilities to the next shift team.
This is a 24/7/365 operation therefore weekend and overnight shifts are required. Each shift is 12 hours from 8am - 8pm or 8pm to 8am. In a 15 day period you would work 8 shifts (4 on, 4 off); in a 30 day period you would work 8 day shifts and 8 night shifts.
Our client is looking for someone who can think fast on their feet, react quickly, calmly and efficiently and who is detail orientated. You will enjoy proactively solving problems, have a keen interest in, and knowledge of, technology and must possess previous customer service experience.
Suitable candidates may come from a tech/web-based support team (i.e. Amazon Prime or NOW TV) or you may have worked on an IT Helpdesk. Perhaps you’re currently working in a Customer Service role elsewhere but are keen to work in the technology industry and would class yourself as Tech Savvy?
