We are looking to recruit a Legal Executive/Solicitor with experience in handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated suspected fraudulent claims. The role will consist of predominantly casualty claims but may also include motor and first party fraud claims.
The role requires undertaking all aspects of investigation, analysis of the merits of the case, drafting pleadings and reporting to clients. In addition, advising clients on technical and tactical aspects of litigation and the economic considerations

EL/PL and motor insurers
Transport operators and contractors
Type of Cases:
Suspected fraudulent claims and handling all aspects of motor and EL/PL/OL claims
Both pre-litigation and litigated files.
