This position will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing analysis of website and mobile analytics to support the digital development and commercial strategy of the business.
A highly analytical mind-set is needed to deal with the day to day challenges an E-commerce online analyst would face in this role, ranging from but not limited to; implementing new customer lifetime value metrics, forecasting and ongoing budgeting analysis for online channels and identifying website development opportunities to meet commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong technical grounding in both Google Analytics and Excel
- A thorough grasps of key online marketing channels: paid search, SEO, affiliate, CRM
- The ability to generate new ideas which are aligned with the needs of the business
- A solid understanding of web and app UI best practice and usability
