KCR Solutions are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk. This is a 4 month contract position.

This role is to be based in Newcastle, some assistance may be given for accommodation and travel expenses.

Salary - £22,000 - £25,000

The role involves working within a team and will include the following:

1.Payroll Processing

Starters, leavers

One-off payments including season ticket loans

Checking payroll changes

Tax uploads

2.Reporting and reconciliations

Payroll reconciliations / Data cleansing

Various reports

Third party payments

3.Assisting with correspondence and customer service

4.Ad-Hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

1.Demonstrated payroll processing experience

2.Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel

3.Awareness or experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment
