Ecommerce Manager - North-West London - Beauty Brand

Exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading distributor of professional nail and beauty products.
Due to their continued success and digital aspirations, the brand have created a brand new role for an Ecommerce Manager to support the brands growth and fulfill their potential online.
They stock to over 10,000 salons, spa's, wholesalers, retailers and websites and also have a direct to consumer website that this role will oversee.

Candidate profile: We are looking for a strong breadth of eCommerce experience, a self-starter and somebody passionate about being part of an exciting time of growth and digital development. You will need a rounded base of digital marketing skills, experience working cross-functionally with creatives and developers to optimise the customer journey in order to maximise online sales and the overall online experience. Crucially you will have also worked closely with third-party retail accounts such as Amazon to maximise brand positioning.

Main Responsibilities:
o Responsible for managing two key sites, looking at both a b2b and b2c audience
o Brand guardian for the 'look and feel' across online accounts, working with digital teams to achieve maximum exposure and to ensure consistency across all digital channels
o Manage global SEM initiatives and campaigns though day to day agency management
o Identify opportunities to expand the brand profile through targeted Display, Affiliate, Retargeting or other activity o Develop, nourish and grow eCRM strategy; ensure a regular flow of relevant emails reach the database, analyse the results and use these to improve ROI o Drive analytics to guide website development and enhancements to improve user flow and conversion rate o Work with senior management and web team to identify opportunities to drive revenues through the digital channels - e.g. promotions and other tactics to drive business growth during key need periods, while maintaining brand stature and integrity
o Seek out new resources and technological innovations in the online world to improve customer interaction and conversions
o Maintain content on web and identify ways to enhance conversion through site enhancements o Maintain digital performance reports to be communicated internally on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Includes PPC campaigns, website performance, social media engagement, content performance and CRM
o Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy for the website o Develop copy as defined by agency recommendations for SEO purposes
o Grow video content channels for brand awareness o Collaborate with the digital team on website design and drive UX development and enhancements
o Direct brand strategy and content across social media platforms to drive fan growth & engagement for the brand
