I am currently working with a successful and ambitious wine business that has a strong portfolio of brands, many of which have won globally recognised awards. Beginning as a family business, they have grown rapidly over the past 10 years and now have the ability and drive to continue and develop on this success. Their expanding portfolio has great distribution across the Off and On Trade with their flagship brand being instantly recognisable. They are now looking for an ambitious individual to take on the role of Trade Marketing Manager.
In this Trade Marketing Manager role you will be fully responsible for the budget and will plan and develop all customer and trade based marketing initiatives. You will take full ownership of the development and implementation of the strategy and this will be across all channels, with an emphasis on Grocery and Convenience. A large part of the role will be Brand Activation and you will work closely with the sales team and attend customer meetings.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity it is imperative that you have worked in a branded environment and dealt with Trade Marketing. Ideally your experience will be within the drinks industry however applications from entrepreneurial candidates with the food experience will also be considered (providing you are passionate about wine!). You must have attended customer meetings and be fully competent in managing budgets. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a developing business and progress their skills longer term whilst also developing your wine knowledge.
