Role Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator is a busy and exciting role that works across multiple lines of business which includes a variety of activity from helping to deliver global events and digital campaigns to creating world class client communications. It also requires the liaison with key stakeholders and working as part of a project team to deliver integrated activity across all channels. The role will act as an ambassador for the Marketing function both internally and externally.


CBRE is a leading global commercial real estate services and investment firm, serving their clients with market-leading collaboration and providing insight around major issues affecting their business. Marketing plays a crucial role by brand building around these key issues, developing content and managing end-to-end campaigns that include the digital space, events and thought leadership activity.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Support the execution of an annual programme of campaigns from a marketing and communications plan to assist the business to deliver relevant and timely conversations with clients, targets, referrers and strategic partners, to deepen relationships and grow the business
• Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns which translate client objectives into marketing tactics
• Work with the Marketing community to identify ways in which marketing can continue to innovate and improve their outputs

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support relationships with all lines of business, to become a trusted partner able to contribute to the effective implementation of marketing plans
• Personify excellence in account management skills, ensuring each stakeholder interaction is first class and beyond expectation
• Demonstrate excellent response skills at all time
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and with an eye for detail and continuous improvement


• Work to understand brand positioning including all visual identity, adherence and consistency, key messaging, creative expression, tone of voice, imagery and other expressions that develop brands and build equity


• Understand the opportunity afforded by social and digital channels, including web presence, SEO optimised quality content and client journeys
• Integrate digital into all campaigns, working to identify opportunities and tracking performance
Campaign Management
• Contribute to the execution of a commercially focused, value-adding programme of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with the Central Marketing Functions


• Ensure that the implementation of all activity is co-ordinated efficiently and to a consistent standard
Communication - Internal & External
• Check that internal communications and PR are aligned to Marketing Plans
• Promote the importance and capabilities of the Marketing function to internal clients and stakeholders and work with marketing and communications colleagues as an integrated team

Skills and Competencies


• Multi-channel marketing experience required
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm to stimulate creativity, innovative thinking and positivity in all interactions
• Real Estate understanding desirable but not essential


• An impressive team player, with a strong ability to implement ideas
• Commercially aware
• Good motivational skills
• Process driven with a commitment to setting an example of best working practice
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while remaining flexible and agile
• Able to act under pressure with grace and a sense of humour

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant marketing experience or qualification
• Proven track record of effective project management
