My Client has an urgent requirement for a confident and experienced 1st line support engineer to join their team. A successful 1st line support engineer will be able to adapt to the fast paced environment and handle a high volume of tickets.

As a 1st line support engineer you will be looking after a large user base and must be able to actively and accurately help solve day to day problems which will occur.

Experience/skills required:

  • Active Directory
  • Office365
  • Exchange
  • Immaculate communication skills
