REED Education are currently working in partnership with a large Secondary School in central Oxfordshire who require a Teacher of Geography to start in April.

You will be joining a forward thinking Humanities department committed to engaging and enthusing students through an enquiry based approach to learning. Our School are motivated and ambitious to ensure that all students fulfil their potential and achieve highly, and they are working in partnership with REED Education to find a likeminded colleague to join a strong and successful department.

You will be a key member of the department, creating a passion for Geography and committed to quality learning for all pupils and students across all key stages. You should be able to teach up to KS4, (KS5 is beneficial but not essential) and have the desire and capacity to bring about outstanding learning in the classroom.

The successful candidate will:
Have the ability to teach Geography to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Be passionate about the subject areas and a good role model to students
Be ambitious and want to further their career
Be innovative and willing to lead departmental projects

Have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team of specialist teachers
