*Manage a business unit which manufacturers mechanically assembled components
*Manage 60 direct reports, ensuring skills matrix is complete
*Lead continuous improvement operations using lean manufacturing techniques
*Ensuring production targets are met and endearing to company quality standards
*Experienced engineering, operations, production or business unit manager
*Background of working in manufacturing (mechanical assembly)
*Good knowledge of manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN manufacturing)
*Holds an engineering qualification
