Charity Fundraiser / Team Leader

BRC is a customer-focused, market-leading door to door and Venue fundraising company who passionately believes in ethical fundraising. Due to rapid expansion, we are growing the teams and have a number of positions for experienced Charity fundraisers with a view of promotion to Team Leader we would only promote from within so you would have to develop into the role over a short period of time.

  • 35 Hour working week (Monday - Friday 1pm-8pm)

The role -

As a Charity fundraiser you are responsoble for territory managemt, new customers on Lottery campaigns raising money and awerness for Animal Abuse, Cancer sufferering patients, Heart diseases and Alzhimers. If promoted you will take care of a team of door to door fundraisers, ensuring individual and team KPIs and targets are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Team Leader/ Team Manager role within a door to door environment.

Key Requirements -

  • Fantastic written and oral communication skills
  • Proven Team Leader & Fundraising/door to door experience with 1 years' experience
  • Full driver's License with own transport especially if you wish to manage a small team
  • Ability to move between campaigns quickly
  • Friendly, motivational and positive attitude to work
  • Target driven
  • Used to working towards KPIs
  • Ability to maintain personal and team targets

This role would suit someone with previous Team Leader experience who is looking for a role where they can use and develop their current skills while working towards progressing to the next level. Any previous Team Leader experience in the following industries is advantageous - Home Improvements, Solar Panels, Utilities, The Mark Group, Charity Fundraising, or Smart Metres.
