We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic local company, working in a busy legal department within an Estate Agents.

This role will be ideal for an individual with the following skills:

- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Be flexible and able to use own initiative

Desired skills and attributes:

- Experience within a legal role (not essential but highly beneficial)
- Self motivated and able to pick up in-house systems quickly
- Accurate (ensuring all data is logged on to the system in a timely manner)
- Be able to draft reports and collate data
- Must have excellent people skills, patience and be able to empathise (both professional and with customers)
