Client Support Executive, Spanish and Portuguese Speaking.

My client is a leading forex company.

As a Client Support Executive you will be looking after their Clients both UK and Overseas, specifically both the Spanish and Portuguese speaking clients.

Typically, the successful candidate will become involved in:-
• Administering the set up of new client accounts
• Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
• Responding to client enquiries via email/phone
• Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
• Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
• Providing basic technical/trading support for clients
• Electronic filing
• Scanning and photocopying
• Archiving documents
• Mail mergers
• Sending out welcome letters to clients
• Translation of documents

The Person
• Knowledge of KYC processes.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• The work experience should demonstrate that they have experience communicating with a variety of different people, particularly on the phone.
• It is important that applicants have excellent written and spoken communication skills and are confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
• Financial services experience preferable
