We're looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and innovative full-time Creative Lead to join us at our offices in Fleet, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful marketing team. We're looking for a Creative Lead with experience in offering creative solutions and developing concepts to enhance both online and offline marketing activities. The Creative Lead reports to the Head of Marketing and shares many aspects of their role with the Senior Designer and Design Manager in terms of managing projects.

Key responsibilities
The Creative Lead helps across the marketing department offering creative solutions and ideas to enhance different marketing activities. Creative concepts are required for nearly all areas of online and offline marketing including headline messages, banners, social media activities, website design and language, merchandise, outdoor advertising, print advertising, radio adverts, video content etc.
• Managing multiple projects from start to finish for online and offline marketing campaigns
• Developing and delivering creative concepts
• Providing detailed briefs to the in-house design team
• Being a brand advocate/guardian, pushing the branding forward, and ensuring all updates are communicated across the business effectively
• Responsibility for ensuring all work is of an exceptional standard, meets all stakeholder requirements and fulfils the creative brief
• Bring new ideas and innovations into the team, including design and messaging
• Conduct market research surveys to collect productive feedback
• Ensuring alignment to the wider brand design of the company

Knowledge and experience
• Experience of managing marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix (online and offline)
• Previous experience of delivering creative briefs for both B2B and B2C marketing
• Some experience of using design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience in a similar role within an advertising agency would be advantageous
• Previous experience of working for a sales driven business, where getting results is essential would be advantageous

• Ability to work well under pressure to strict deadlines and juggling multiple projects at any one time
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Creative with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive, with high levels of initiative and a can do attitude
