Our client is looking to recruit a Finance Graduate to join the Graduate Programme in September 2018. This will suit individuals who relish the idea of becoming future business leaders. The programme is 3 years with placements as follows:

Year 1 – Group Finance role at Global Headquarters in Birmingham

You will work as part of the Group Finance team to support their internal and external reporting requirements to the Board, Senior Management and Stock Exchange, and assist with ad hoc projects, as required. You will develop strong accounting foundations both through professional training and work experience, and build working relationships with Divisions, businesses and senior stakeholders in the Group.

As a member of one of the Group’s three divisional finance teams you will be involved in preparing the Division’s monthly reporting and forecasting to the Board and Divisional Management, and work on divisional finance projects. In this role you will develop an understanding of the Division’s commercial and operational foundations.

Year 3 – Finance role in one of the trading businesses within Precision, Critical or Hydronic, possibly outside the UK

In your final year, you will be based on site and this placement will provide you with insight into how businesses are run at local site level and will be an excellent opportunity to build your professional network and ‘brand’ within the organisation.
There is an expectation that a minimum of two internal audits take place during the programme.
