Great opportunity to join this global charity, you must have proven experience in Internal Communications ideally in a similar sized organisation.

The Role
Support the Global Head of Internal Comms to develop and deliver the global internal comms strategy
Manage, coach and develop the Global Internal Comms Officer
Devise and deliver tools to support key projects
Source and produce content from teams across the charity
Create and execute internal comms plans
Write creative and engaging content
Develop the teams global comms calendar and content plan

The Candidate
Extensive internal communications experience, preferably within a large or international/global organisation
Proven experience of managing, coaching and developing people
Excellent writer, editor and proof reader
Able to develop and execute internal communication plans
Able to develop and manage digital channels and content, including intranets, e-newsletters and videos
Highly developed interpersonal skills
