Our client, a manufacturing businesses located in Bridgwater, has an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time role working within a small and busy accounts department, reporting into the Assistant Financial Controller.
Your duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger - processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
- Sales Ledger - raising sales invoices
- Credit Control - chasing outstanding monies via phone and email
- Opening and distribution of daily post
- Checking fuel card invoices to expense claims and monitoring of mileage rates
- Any other duties delegated by the Assistant Financial Controller.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an accounts role, have a excellent telephone manner and be familiar with the MS Office suite.
