A College based in Central London are looking for a Development Administrator.Please Note this role is until November 2018 .
The core objectives of the role are:
To provide full administrative support to the Director of Development and the Development function as this area grows.
To provide an exceptional, customer focussed experience to the College's members, donors and other key stakeholders.
To assist with all activities which help to raise funds.
Specific Tasks for immediate action:
Data entry of donor records, contact logs and donations onto Raisers Edge
Administer process for thanking donors to membership appeal and working with membership/finance colleagues to ensure appropriate procedures are followed
Respond to requests for information from donors and further Reponses to recent member appeal
Research and compile report on funding streams and strategies from other Royal Medical Colleges
Support Development Director with analysis of current College Development income streams
Particular skills required:
Raisers Edge Experience
Experience of a fundraising environment
Knowledge of Fundraising Regulations, donor consent requirements and fundraising codes of practice.
Ability to work on own initiative
