Due to the reshuffle of their busy finance department; our Bury based client now requires the services of an Accounts Assistant to join the team on an ongoing basis.
Our client are offering a friendly and energetic place to work, and are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
Key duties for the role include:
- Bank reconcilations
- Processing and coding purchase invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Processing monthly payroll
- Dealing with any queries
- Any other ad-hoc duties requested by the finance manager
You will be expected to have excellent organisational and communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of Excel as you will be providing senior reports in this format.
