A popular primary school in Lambeth is looking to appoint an ambitious Psychology graduate to join their inclusion team as an SEN Teaching Assistant, working alongside a seasoned SENCo, supporting SEN and EBD children on a 1:1 basis with day-to-day learning and specific intervention strategies.

In this exciting role you will be an integral part of the schools SEN team supporting the SENCO and other experienced SEN practitioners. You will support learners who have specific learning and behaviour plans, and you will help them achieve their full potential on a 1:1 basis. You will be key to the schools intervention strategy to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for all students at the school.
