Customer Service Desk Analyst

Exeter

Circa £15,800

Working at an inbound contact centre in a first line position, the successful candidate will have strong customer service skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office Suite.

The main responsibility of the role is to resolve technical issues via telephone & progress issues to relevant teams to look at in the second instance.

The role will suit a candidate with a keen interest in IT & an evident ability to work in a customer-facing environment, with a confident phone manner. Previous experience with admin tools such as active directory is advantageous but not an obligatory requirement.

Further training is provided whilst working & there is great potential to progress within the business.
