The Oxbridge Teaching Assistant will be tasked with helping small groups of students in booster groups and individual students who may be struggling with a particular topic/subject. You will also aid those gifted and talented pupils and help turn those A's into A*s. The new Oxbridge Teaching Assistant will help children across the school from Reception to Year 13 as you explore which age group benefits most from your teaching.
The Oxbridge Teaching Assistant role will span the full academic year and give you the perfect preparation for your PGCE/School Direct Teacher Training. It will also help you decide whether this is a Primary or Secondary PGCE. The Oxbridge Teaching Assistant will receive full TA training from some outstanding Teachers.
